I recently scraped a list of ~150 eCommerce companies to find out what their highest ticket items were. Over 80% of these brands didn't have an item above $1000. This is a massive opportunity.

Reason 1: It's incredibly easy to do.

You can redeploy existing goods and services at a higher price point. With slight modifications to the good itself, or to its presentation, you can place it in a higher category.

Reason 2: It creates an upward pull on your prices.

Adding high-ticket, premium items causes a "halo-effect" on the remaining goods and services at lower price points. Someone may not buy your 5-figure items, but they'll feel a lot more fulfilled by the items they can buy.

Reason 3:  You enable higher spending.

What happens if you don't do this? Someone with $10,000 to spend can't. You're literally turning away high-end buyers because you're not giving them the opportunity to spend with you. Make it easy for them. Make it possible for them.
